Sol Cresta takes the docking as well as formation strategy of classic shooting titles Moon Cresta and Terra Cresta and elevates them through an innovative “free-form docking” technique. Based on the alignment of three vessels, the main ship Yamato (Amaterasu as well as Tsukuyomi) may employ a variety of attacks. The key to defeating Mandler’s invading armies is docking, splitting and reforming ships.
