Scorn is a spooky first-person horror-adventure game set in a dark, spooky world of bizarre shapes and sad tapestry.
It’s designed around the notion of “being immersed in the world”. It is a place where you are isolated and lost in this dream-like setting. Unsettling environments are an element of the game.
Each location has the theme (story) that includes puzzles and characters who are essential to creating a multi-dimensional world. It is a great way to discover new locations and learn new skills make weapons and other things, and try to learn about what is happening around you.
GAMEPLAY PRODUCTS
Cohesive “lived within” world. Scorn is set in an open universe that is comprised of diverse interconnected zones. Every region has a maze structure that offers many areas and several routes. The story is told in game, with no cut-scenes to keep you away from the grim realities of the live and breathing environment you’re living within. Pay attention – the game will not give you any reassurance in the event that something gets missed during your shaky travels. Every thing has a purpose and function – it’s just up to you determine what it is.
Body awareness is full-on: Users will feel more immersed in the game when they’re aware of the character’s movements and the body. The world interacts with you in a realistic way. Pick up objects using your hands instead of floating around in the air. Instruments and machines can be operated with the help of the control buttons.
-Inventory and ammo management – is determined and limited. It plays a crucial role in keeping players on an increased state of mind throughout the game. It is imperative for players be aware of when to engage and when to go for cover and how their actions influence the world around them. The game will require diverse play styles to move forward.
